RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is a problem with your order, or if an item has been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via e-mail at PK@budnhemp.com or via phone at (951) 447 -5065 during regular business hours: M-Sat from 9am-6pm PT. A replacement will be shipped to you including a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged product. Please have your order number available. If you are contacting us via e-mail, please include your order number in your e-mail’s subject line.

Online orders may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 2 weeks of receipt date. All exchanges and returned items must be in unworn condition with tags.
We suggest for your protection, that you use an insured shipping method that provides confirmation of delivery such as US Mail, UPS or Fed Ex.
